We may send emails to existing customers or prospective customers who have enquired or registered with us, regarding products or services directly provided by us. MOOD & CLOSET also strictly does not share, exchange & disclose personal information belonging to our customers to any other party.
MOOD & CLOSET uses "cookies" to track use and allow customers to purchase from our website. Please note that these cookies do not contain or pass any personal, confidential or financial information or any other information that could be used to identify individual visitors or customers purchasing from our website. As we greatly treasure our customers and their feedback, MOOD & CLOSET handles and will reply all customer complaint or inquiries no longer than two (2) working days.

Please go to our link here. We strictly do not accept returns and exchanges due to wear and tear. Any returns or exchanges must be reported by requesting for a Returns & Exchange Form from our customer care team no longer than 14 days upon parcel receipt & sent out 3 days after your R & Exchange Form has been acknowledged. Do note that all return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

All items purchased from MOOD & CLOSET are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the recipient. All items must be acknowledge for once received.

MOOD & CLOSET attempts to be as accurate as possible in terms of product titles and descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are 100% accurate, current, or error-free. Hence, should a product differ from its said descriptions, the sole remedy would be to return the product in its unused conditions.
